How to Buy Total Care?

Customers can purchase the “GeoShack Total Care” support options to continue getting the value added services, even beyond the manufacturer’s warranty period.

Where to Buy Total Care:

  • From any of our 23 GeoShack Locations
  • From your GeoShack Sales Representative
  • Online at www.GeoShackDirect.com
  • Discounted Initial Rate: For new eligible products, at the time of sale or within 30 days of purchase from GeoShack.
  • Normal Rate: For new, used or demo eligible products, if purchased more than 30 days after initial sale, or not purchased from GeoShack.
  • Product must be of the same type, brand and model within five years currently offered by GeoShack.
Total Care Program is not an extended warranty. Failures and damage are still processed as normal repairs.

What About Service Repairs?

  • Any repairs under warranty are processed through the normal warranty procedures.
  • All non-warranty repairs are invoiced to the customer at normal rates.
  • Any on-site support will incur travel time and mileage.
