GeoShack offers two levels of support:

Silver Support |
- 2 days onsite training in addition to initial training.
- Unlimited onsite field support.
- Unlimited telephone support.
- Loaner components of defective or damaged equipment if repair or replacement cannot be provided within 48 hours from the time of determined problem.
- Travel Time and Mileage within 100 miles of our GeoShack facilities included.
- Onsite labor for diagnosis of problem included.
- Onsite labor for removal and installation of defective or damaged components included.
- Repair of defective components covered under the manufacturer’s standard or extended (if applicable) warranty included.
- Access to GeoShack Support Site.
- Annual 21 point machine inspection (Firmware, calibrations). Performed in the last month of the current support agreement.

- 1 day onsite training in addition to initial training.
- No Charge for onsite labor for removal and installation of defective components covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
- Repair of defective components covered under the manufacturer’s standard or extended (if applicable) warranty.
- Access to GeoShack Support Website
- Annual 21 point machine inspection (Firmware updates, calibration). Performed in the last month of the current support agreement.
