GeoShack offers two levels of support:

Gold Support Silver Support
  • 2 days onsite training in addition to initial training.
  • Unlimited onsite field support.
  • Unlimited telephone support.
  • Loaner components of defective or damaged equipment if repair or replacement cannot be provided within 48 hours from the time of determined problem.
  • Travel Time and Mileage within 100 miles of our GeoShack facilities included.
  • Onsite labor for diagnosis of problem included.
  • Onsite labor for removal and installation of defective or damaged components included.
  • Repair of defective components covered under the manufacturer’s standard or extended (if applicable) warranty included.
  • Access to GeoShack Support Site.
  • Annual 21 point machine inspection (Firmware, calibrations). Performed in the last month of the current support agreement.
  • 1 day onsite training in addition to initial training.
  • No Charge for onsite labor for removal and installation of defective components covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Repair of defective components covered under the manufacturer’s standard or extended (if applicable) warranty.
  • Access to GeoShack Support Website
  • Annual 21 point machine inspection (Firmware updates, calibration).  Performed in the last month of the current support agreement.
