Notes

  • This program includes loaners for equipment having a valid GeoShack TotalCare agreement.
  • GeoShack will strive to provide loaners within 24 hours.
  • This GeoShack Total Care Program is only valid if the invoice is current under the agreed upon terms.
  • Loaners must be returned within 3 business days of the completion of the repair of receipt via shipping. Normal daily rental rates will apply after 3 days.
  • All equipment in need of repair associated with loaner equipment must be received by the next business day.
  • All damage to loaner equipment will be charged to the customer at standard rates
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping cost, and a $5.00 handling fee, for loaner equipment.
