The impact of the new coronavirus disease, covid-19, is being felt all over the world.  we encourage you to take the necessary steps to keep yourself and those around you safe.

Like you, we are considered an essential business operation.  GeoShack will continue to be here to service and support your needs.  However, it will be under the following temporary guidelines for our locations to keep you and our employees safe, and to obey the new government mandates to slow and stop the spread of the virus.  Please contact us at your local GeoShack store or call 972-918-5300 or visit www.geoshack.com.

EFFECTIVE MARCH 24, 2020

All GeoShack locations in the US & Canada

  • Our hours of operation will be 8 am – 5 pm local time, but our doors will be locked.
  • Our showrooms will be closed, but our service centers are in full operational mode.
  • We will offer curbside pickup and drop-off service – please call ahead or from the parking lot.
  • We will accept customer orders by phone, email or ecommerce, at www.geoshack.com, it is up 24/7.
  • We will offer free shipment of all completed repairs and purchases of lasers or instruments.
  • Our technical support staff is available to answer your questions and conduct virtual training online.
  • Our field service teams are available for jobsite repairs or installations to keep your machines running.
  • We have the Topcon products and technology that you need.
  • We have ample inventory as we were already stocking up for the Spring construction season.

We are here to assist you with any problems or questions you might have.  Nothing is more important than the health and safety of our community. In this time of crisis, we know our role is to not only help you continue to operate, but also to help us all adapt to this new changing reality.
