DALLAS, TX – July 1, 2021 – Effective today, GeoShack, Inc. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Total Positioning Solutions (TPS).
The buyout of the minority partners of TPS in Texas will enable GeoShack to fold the TPS operation into our GeoShack business. Going forward, our TPS customers will be served by our local GeoShack representatives, and will be contacted directly very soon.
All warranties and technical support commitments will be honored by GeoShack. This acquisition is part of a company-wide initiative to consolidate operations and offer our customers more focused sales, service and support resources.
