Launching GeoShack Into the Reality Capture Markets
DALLAS, TX – June 3, 2025 – GeoShack, Inc., (a 100% Employee Owned Company) and FARO® Technologies, Inc. have entered into a strategic partnership agreement for GeoShack to distribute FARO’s innovative Laser Scanning solutions in the Reality Capture Market. GeoShack will distribute FARO’s AEC line of products in 6 states – Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Ohio and Colorado.
The FARO® product line greatly expands GeoShack’s current laser scanning product mix, and expands access for GeoShack’s customers to cutting-edge digital reality solutions. GeoShack will offer FARO’s full-line of hardware and software solutions, including the major product families – Focus, Orbis™ and Blink™.
This agreement strengthens both companies and provides added value for our customers. It will focus on leveraging the companies’ collective expertise in laser scanning technologies and customer relationships. GeoShack will be targeting key sectors including: construction, surveying, mapping, architecture, building information modeling (BIM), and industrial plant and process applications.
