Mr. David Owen Named President of GeoShack, Inc.
DALLAS, TX – September 8, 2023 – GeoShack, Inc. is pleased to announce that the board of directors recently appointed Mr. David Owen as President of GeoShack, Inc. Mr. Owen assumed the position on September 1, 2023 and will continue to be based in the GeoShack Dallas, TX, office. He will be responsible for all company operations
Mr. Owen was a natural selection for the position being one of GeoShack’s most tenured Employee Owner having started with the company in 1996.
David’s appointment brings a new beginning to the organization as GeoShack continues its evolution as a 100% employee owned company.
Mr. Owen stated, “This is a great opportunity and GeoShack is a great company. I am proud to be part of and to now lead such a fine organization. I am pleased to take the reins and lead this company in to the future.”
With his wealth of knowledge and experience, David will have an immediate impact on our business and increase our market share.
David is a Louisiana native. Growing up, he honed his sales and sales management skills in the family business; the John Deere dealerships in the state of Louisiana. David is both a proud husband to his wife Gayle and father of his twin boys. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling and learning to play his newly acquired guitar hobby.

lines include GPS, Machine Control, Robotic Total Stations, Optical Instruments,
UAV’s, Scanners, GIS and Data Collectors.
We also have a full line of supplies and accessories such as tripods,
bags and cases, roll flagging, grade rods, poplar wood stakes and lath, and
paint. At our authorized service repair
centers our service technicians are factory-trained for the products we
represent and can repair most brands.
